A. Items of Personal Information Collected

o When signing up: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Login ID, Password, Home Phone Number, Mobile Phone Number, Email, Information of legal guardian for those under 14 years of age

o When applying for services: Address, Payment Information.

o During the process of using services or business operations, service usage records, access logs, cookies, access IP, payment records, and records of improper use may be generated and collected.

o Collection through website, paper forms, bulletin boards, email, event participation, delivery requests, phone calls, faxes, and collection tools for generated information.


■ Purposes of Collection and Use of Personal Information The Company utilizes collected personal information for the following purposes


o Fulfillment of service provision agreements and settlement of fees related to service provision: Content provision, purchase and payment, delivery of goods or billing, personal authentication for financial transactions, member management, etc.

o Member management: Identification of members, prevention of improper use by members, confirmation of intention to join, confirmation of age, confirmation of consent of legal guardian when collecting personal information of children under 14 years of age, handling complaints and inquiries, notification of notices.

o Marketing and advertising purposes: Delivery of advertising information such as events, understanding frequency of access or usage statistics of members' services.


■ Retention and Use Period of Personal Information In principle, personal information is promptly destroyed after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, for the following information, it is retained for a specified period for the reasons stated:
A. Reasons for Information Retention per Company Policy Even if a member withdraws, the Company may retain the member's information for up to 5 years to prevent reoccurrence of improper use by members, for dispute resolution, and to cooperate with requests from investigative agencies.
B. Reasons for Information Retention per Relevant Laws In cases where it is necessary to preserve information under the provisions of relevant laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Company retains member information for a certain period as stipulated by the relevant laws:


o Records related to contracts or subscription withdrawals: Retention period - 5 years

o Records related to payment of fees and supply of goods, etc.: Retention period - 5 years

o Records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution: Retention period - 3 years

o Log records: Retention period - 3 months


■ Procedure and Method of Personal Information Disposal The Company promptly destroys personal information after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. The procedure and method of disposal are as follows:


o Disposal procedure: Personal information provided by members for registration or other purposes is transferred to a separate DB (or separate documents in the case of paper) after achieving the purpose. After being stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws (refer to retention and use period), it is destroyed.

o Personal information transferred to a separate DB is not used for purposes other than retention unless required by law.

o Disposal method: Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make it irrecoverable.


■ Provision of Personal Information The Company does not provide personal information to external parties as a principle. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:


o When users have agreed in advance

o When there is a request from an investigative agency according to legal procedures and methods for investigation purposes


■ Outsourcing of Personal Information Collection The Company outsources the operation to external specialized companies for service delivery. The details are as follows:

■ Rights of Users and Legal Guardians and Methods of Exercise


o Users can view or modify their personal information registered at any time and may request withdrawal.

o For personal information viewing or modification, click on "Change Personal Information" (or "Edit Member Information") and for withdrawal (revocation of consent), click on "Withdrawal of Membership," go through the identification process, and then directly view, correct, or withdraw.

o Alternatively, contact the personal information protection manager in writing, by phone, or by email, and prompt action will be taken.

o If a user requests correction of an error in personal information, the Company will not use or provide the personal information until the correction is complete. Also, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will promptly notify the third party of the correction results for proper action.

o Personal information that has been requested for deletion or withdrawal by the user is handled according to the "Retention and Use Period of Personal Information Collected by the Company," and measures are taken to ensure that it cannot be accessed or used for other purposes.


■ Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Personal Information Automatic Collection Devices The Company operates cookies, etc., which constantly store and retrieve your information. Cookies are very small text files sent by the server operating the website to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive. The Company uses cookies for the following purposes:


o Purposes of using cookies: 1. Analysis of the frequency of member and non-member access, visit times, understanding of user preferences and interests, tracking behavior, target marketing, and provision of personalized services based on event participation and visit frequency. 2. You have the option to control cookie installation. Therefore, you can choose to allow all cookies, to be notified whenever a cookie is stored, or to reject all cookies.

o Method to refuse cookie settings: You can refuse to set cookies by selecting options in the web browser you are using to allow all cookies, to prompt confirmation every time a cookie is saved, or to reject all cookies.

o Example of setting method (for Internet Explorer): Tools at the top of the web browser > Internet Options > Privacy
